Mandarin Oriental Puerto Rico is scheduled to open in 2028, Mandarin Oriental, Puerto Rico will mark the Group’s third property in the Caribbean, further expanding its presence in the region. Mandarin Oriental Puerto Rico will feature 106 elegantly designed rooms and suites, each with a private balcony, terrace, or garden. Select suites will include plunge pools, while all villas will boast private pools for the ultimate retreat. An exclusive collection of 83 residential villas will be thoughtfully placed along Esencia’s beach, hillside, and cliffs. Additionally, a series of six-story boutique buildings, harmoniously integrated into the natural surroundings, will offer approximately 200 private residences near the town center. Designed as a true sanctuary for owners, these residences will include dedicated amenities and full access to the resort’s world-class facilities and renowned Mandarin Oriental service.
